45 to 50 minutes using a large range of movements such as Squat, Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Press, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull, Med Ball Clean, Olympic Lifting, Clean, Power Clean, Snatch, Thrusters, Kettlebell Swings, Push Ups, Sit Ups and Pull Ups just to name a few.

The Zuu

ZUU-FITNESS is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout. HIIT has been around for donkey's ages, only this time it comes with a twist - an animal twist.

The idea behind it was to create a training regime that didn’t involve pumping iron or going to the gym to use weight machines but achieve elite conditioning, by burning body fat and creating lean muscle. The workout initially gained popularity with elite athletes, tactical police and the armed forces, so they could train without needing to be at a gym.

A typical training session will get the heart pumping and over time you will start to become more agile, increasing your mobility, build muscle and fitness levels ZUU-FITNESS combines safe, functional, bodyweight movements with high intensity cardiovascular training to produce the most effective, comprehensive, challenging, burn fat, tone up, improve flexibility great 45 to 50min blast.


BOX-FIT is a combination consisting of explosive cardiovascular workout over a short time frame, using particular boxing techniques elevating the heart rate, excellent way to burn fat and get quick results.

Just a great cardiovascular workout with classes lasting between 45 mins to one hour. It is based on the training used for boxing so it includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal workouts all focusing on fitness and toning.

A typical BOX-FIT workout for weight loss, known as cardio or fitness boxing, involves a variety of elements that help you burn calories as you work toward losing weight. The aerobic nature of many of boxing's exercises leads to a high calorie burn without a significant shock to your joints.

BOX-FIT has many health benefits one is strength you're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. It can strengthen bones and muscles, burn more calories, and lift mood

Cardio Blast

Cardio-Blast exercises involve full-body motion and engage the stability muscles, which are extremely important in preventing injuries. There are seven basic movements perform and all other exercises are merely variations of these seven: Pull, Push, Squat, Lunge, Hinge, Rotation and Gait. When performing all of these movements at a high intensity over 45 to 50minutes you will be able to stimulate all of the major muscle groups in your body creating the perfect workout and just an exciting way to work-out and lose weight.
