Class Timetable (from June 2021)
We were founded back in 2016 by some like-minded folks who wanted to create a place where people of all fitness levels can come and get a great workout. We want you to leave feeling better than ever. Showing up can be the hardest part so let us take care of the rest. We have a different outlook at Rampage Community Hub. Our holistic approach to fitness training sets us apart from other exercise facilities.
The team at Rampage Community Hub are actively enriching the lives of our members and creating a community of like-minded people who love being healthy and strong. Getting you in shape is our goal, to provide an affordable and safe environment for our community and members who want to better themselves.
We want to be the agents of change at the Hub where the facility we provide and its various fitness and community programmes is a way forward for those who have never had the opportunity to achieve their goals and unlock their potential.
Here at the Rampage Community Hub we will offer a menu of different fitness programmes via a weekly timetable which a member will use to choose and book the activity and a time slot that best suits them. Traditional commercial gyms are focused on individuals who want to get fit, here at the Rampage Community Hub we have a more holistic approach in that we are interested in the non-visible attributes like self-worth, confidence and work ethic.
